Marina Canizales

Marina Canizales is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent partnerships and management. Currently serving as Head of Talent Partnerships at Palette Media since February 2025, Marina previously held the role of Talent Partnerships Director at Underscore Talent Management from October 2022 to January 2025, where the development of a comprehensive sales process led to a significant increase in the company's creator roster. Prior engagements include Influencer & Creator Manager at Tastemade, where a subscription-based platform was launched, onboarding over 600 creators in six months, and Talent Manager at The Posa Agency, where strategic career development was provided for over 30 creators. Marina began a career in sales as Business Sales Manager at Sprint, enhancing revenue and client support, and contributed to Viacom's MTV Creator Network, connecting creators with valuable resources.
