Paley Rothman
For 50 years, working on behalf of an impressive mix of business and individual clients, the law firm of Paley Rothman has provided a wide range of legal counsel and representation in such diverse and demanding practice areas as business & commercial transactions, tax, real estate, litigation, estate planning and employment law among others. Now totaling 40 attorneys, the firm embraces the time-honored virtues of integrity and hard work, and has earned a reputation that makes our clients and us proud. Founded in 1972, Paley Rothman quickly earned a reputation as one of Montgomery County's law firms of distinction. Our attorneys have always embraced–and held true to–the heritage of the firm and the “old fashioned” service that to this day defines our business practices. Yet at the same time, our growth reflects a cutting-edge knowledge of the law and a sophistication that makes us as worldly as our downtown D.C. colleagues when it comes to handling the most complex business or individual legal matters.
