Maria Koller

Maria Koller is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at PALFINGER AG since January 2024, focusing on implementing a performance-oriented and diverse company culture to facilitate growth. Prior to this role, Koller was the Executive Vice President of Human Resources at JENOPTIK from November 2017 to January 2024, where collaboration with the CEO led to significant changes in strategy and corporate culture.
