Jerry Carlisle

Board Member at Pan-American Life Insurance Group

Jerry Carlisle has been a director of the Company since February 2013. He also currently serves as Director of CGB Insurance Company. Mr. Carlisle began his career at Peat Marwick Mitchell & Co. (now KPMG) where he headed the Computer Auditing efforts at their New Orleans office, notably specializing in oil and gas and financial services clients. He also spent two years in New York City leading the design of the education program for the firm’s computer auditing activities.

In 1979 Mr. Carlisle joined the Louisiana Land and Exploration Company (LL&E) and in 1983 he was elected Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer. He held that position until his retirement in 1997.

He is a former adjunct Professor at Tulane University as well as the former Chair of a Vistage Group for New Orleans area CEO’s. His former Board Memberships include Energy Partners Limited, where he served as Chair of the Audit Committee; Louisiana Citizens Property Insurance Corporation, where he also served as Chair of the Audit Committee. In addition, Jerry is the former President of UNO Business Higher Education Council.

Mr. Carlisle holds a B.A. from Mississippi State University and an M.B.A. from Loyola University in New Orleans.
