Luz Angela Preciado-Chapman

Luz Angela Preciado-Chapman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in IT strategic planning and financial management. Currently serving as 2VP of IT Strategic Planning and Financial Management at Pan-American Life Insurance Group since April 2021, Luz Angela also holds positions as Director of Strategic Planning and Execution and Director of the IT Value Management Office. Prior to this role, Luz Angela garnered experience as a Senior Information Technology Project Manager at an insurance company from 2011 to April 2021 and as a Specialist at Accenture from October 2005 to May 2008. Luz Angela is pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree at the University of New Orleans and holds a degree in Information Systems Administration from Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano, as well as an MBA from the University of New Orleans.
