Lynn Schramm

Lynn Schramm is an accomplished regional sales vice president at Pan-American Life Insurance Group, with a tenure beginning in January 2010. Prior to this role, Lynn served as marketing director and senior sales executive at USNow, LP from 2004 to 2010, focusing on employee benefits. Between 2000 and 2004, Lynn was the president and owner of Brookwood Designs LLC, where a new publishing company specializing in directory and resource guides for Realtor Associations was successfully launched. Lynn’s earlier experience includes a decade at Electronic Data Systems, serving as business support manager and systems engineer across various sectors, including energy, manufacturing, and finance. Lynn earned a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Texas at Austin between 1979 and 1984.
