Don Parcell

Don Parcell plans, organizes, controls, and directs the activities of the Operations Department. The offices he oversees include the Permit Liaison Office, Maggie Gilbert Aquatics Center, Grounds, Maintenance & Facilities. Don assures that Pali is compliant with applicable laws and regulations and assures fiscal stability of facility and plant programs.
