Pamela Magee

As chief administrative and supervisory official of Palisades Charter High School, Dr. Magee advocates for PCHS students to ensure the rights of all students are respected and all have equal access to educational opportunities. She works collaboratively with the PCHS Board of Trustees and school stakeholders to implement the school’s vision through PCHS's School-wide Goals, Long Term Strategic Plan (LTSP), Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP), and Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) Action Plan.

Dr. Magee manages the administrative leadership team to fulfill the school’s mission and supervises all PCHS programs including academics, budget, human resources, and facilities. She directs the technology program to enhance the tracking of student information, communication with families, improve operational efficiency, and provide 21st-century learning opportunities for students. She serves as the primary liaison with LAUSD, LA County Office of Education, and CA Department of Education and ensures compliance with federal and state laws. Pali Academy, Campus Unification and Development/Fundraising are also areas she coordinates. In addition, Dr. Magee is the sponsor for the Pali Ambassadors and Dolphin Diplomats.
