Richard Breitkreutz

Richard Breitkreutz currently serves as the Director of Restaurant Operations at Palisades Hospitality since March 2024. Previously, Richard held the position of Vice President Operations at Omakase Restaurant Group from May 2021 to February 2024, and prior to that, served as Senior Director of Operations at Bacchus Management Group from March 2017 to June 2020. Richard's extensive experience also includes roles such as Corporate Director of Beverage and Operations at BR Guest Hospitality, Vice President Operations at Sweet Hospitality Group, and other significant positions in various hospitality companies. Richard's foundation in the wine industry includes Advanced certification from the Court of Master Sommeliers and a Diploma in Wine from the Wine and Spirits Education Trust.
