Mats Kvarnström

Mats Kvarnström has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Mats is currently the Head of Artificial Intelligence at Paliscope. Prior to that, they worked at Recorded Future as a Lead Scientist in Computer Vision and later as a Predictive Analytics Architect. Mats also had roles at ZENUITY as a Big Data Analyst for Autonomous Drive and as a Technology Lead for Probe Sourced Maps. Mats served as a Board Member at Smartr and worked as a Big Data Analyst at Volvo Car Group. Mats also held positions at AstraZeneca as a Global Product Statistician and Principal Statistician. Mats has research experience as an Applied Researcher at Fraunhofer Chalmers Center and as a PostDoc and PhD-Student at Chalmers University of Technology, specializing in statistical image analysis and mathematical statistics.

Mats Kvarnström received a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and Applied Mathematics from Chalmers University of Technology in 1999, followed by a PhD in Mathematical Statistics from the same university between 2000 and 2005.
