Lance Castellano

Lance Castellano has an extensive work experience in revenue management. Lance is currently serving as the Area Director of Revenue Management at Palisociety since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Revenue Management at Convene from June 2018 to November 2021. Lance also held the position of Director of Revenue Management at The Plaza, A Fairmont Managed Hotel from August 2016 to June 2018. Before that, Lance was the Area Director of Revenue at Hersha Hospitality from November 2015 to July 2016. Lance also worked as the Corporate Director of Revenue Management at Chelsea Hotels from June 2012 to November 2015.
