Jessica Madden has worked in various roles within the hospitality industry since 2011. Starting as a Duty Manager at Ibis Styles Haydock, Jessica has progressed to positions such as Reception Team Leader at De Vere Village Urban Resorts and Sales Manager at Best Western® Hotels & Resorts. Currently, Jessica serves as a Partner Services Executive at Pall Mall. Jessica's experience includes managing teams, handling complaints, and overseeing the general operations of hotels and restaurants. Jessica completed their education at Haydock Sports College with a Gcse degree in 2007.
