Ben Berridge

Ben Berridge currently serves as the DBS and Projects Director at Cytiva, starting in July 2024, following a six-month tenure as a Mentor for Pall Ilfracombe. Previously, Ben was the Danaher Business System Director at Danaher Corporation from August 2011 to January 2016, where the focus was on mentoring and implementing the Danaher Business System in new acquisitions. Ben also held various roles at Linx Printing Technologies from March 2006 to August 2011, including VaVe Manager and Interim Operations Director, achieving significant improvements in sales demand and productivity. Prior experience includes a Lean Manufacturing Manager position at Collins and Aikman, successfully leading cost reduction and quality improvement initiatives. Ben holds a degree in Integrated Technologies, Engineering from Sheffield Hallam University (2001-2003).
