Richard Salter has extensive experience in engineering, particularly in airworthiness and qualification, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior Principal Engineer at Pall Corporation since March 2013, Richard has held multiple roles including Principal Engineer and Qualification Engineer. Prior to this, Richard worked at Muirhead Aerospace as a Project Leader and at Alenia Marconi Systems as a Project Engineer. Richard began his career at Pall Corporation as a Technical Engineer from 1995 to 1999. Richard holds a B.Eng(Hons) in Aerospace Systems Engineering from the University of Hertfordshire, completed between 1992 and 1996, and studied at The Open University from 1996 to 2005.
