Young-Been Kweon

Young-been Kweon is a seasoned quality engineering professional with extensive experience in the semiconductor and display materials industries. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Quality Engineer at Pall Corporation since August 2019, Young-been manages customer quality primarily for major clients Samsung and SK Hynix, resolving quality issues in collaboration with global teams and gathering voice of customer feedback for product and system quality optimization. Previously, Young-been held the position of Quality Engineer at 3M from July 2011 to July 2019, where responsibilities included managing customer quality for clients such as Samsung, LG, and Sony, leading quality system certifications, and participating in new product development for optical films. Young-been also has experience as a Supply Chain Analyst at LG Electronics, focusing on supply chain planning for LCD TVs. Educationally, Young-been holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Kyung Hee University.
