Mark Hewitt

Mark Hewitt is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in proofreading, copy editing, and education. Currently serving as a Section 508 Specialist and Copy Editor at Palladian Partners, Inc., Mark has worked with various Institutes and Centers within the National Institutes of Health since July 2014. Prior to this role, Mark held proofreading positions with the State of Hawaii, where responsibilities included compiling and editing the Senate Journal, and as an Instructor of Record and Adjunct Professor of English at the University of Georgia and Hood College, respectively. Mark's earlier career includes a role as a Library Technician at the University of Maryland and experience as a Life Skills Educator at Medsource, supporting families with disabled children. Mark holds an MA in English Language and Literature from the University of Maryland and a BA in English and Art History from Hood College.
