Brandon Ward

Brandon Ward has worked in a variety of roles since 2001. Brandon began their career as a Sales Engineer at Teledyne Energy Systems, where they developed relationships and solutions in the hydrogen generation and clean energy (fuel cell) market spaces. Brandon then moved to DHL Global Mail in 2003, where they served as Director of Sales Operations and established Sales Operations competencies and talent within a rapidly growing organization. In 2007, they joined Recall as a Senior Manager of Sales Operations, where they were responsible for multiple high-profile, high-impact initiatives relating to Sales Operations and CRM. In 2009, they became an independent consultant for Palladin Solutions, where they developed custom solutions for clients in the business services and logistics space. From 2010 to 2013, they worked as Director of CRM & Sales Operations at Elsevier, providing project management, business analysis, SFDC configuration and sales operations services. During this time, they also worked as a Sales Engineer at EnablePath, where they were a technical pre-sales expert responsible for scoping, estimating and presenting the solution footprint to the client. Finally, in 2013, they founded and became CEO of Palladin Technologies, a company that provides rapid, effective and powerful cloud solutions and managed services for Salesforce.com customers.

Brandon Ward completed their MBA (Honors) in General Management from Emory University - Goizueta Business School between 2009 and 2010. Brandon obtained a BBA in Finance from William & Mary between 1995 and 1999. Brandon also holds certifications from Salesforce CPQ & Billing, SteelBrick, Salesforce, Apttus, and salesforce.com, obtained between 2012 and 2020.
