Betty Barberi

Betty Barberi has been in the beauty industry since 1982. Betty began their career at Avon as a Production Manager, where they were responsible for controlling and assisting the packaging, processing, and warehouse departments. Betty also managed production scheduling, material and labor variation analysis, and capital and expenses budgets. In 1988, they moved to IESA as the Director of Operations. Finally, in 1998, they joined the Palladio Beauty Group as the VP of Operations.

Betty Barberi earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Nova Southeastern University in 1993, with a focus in International Business/Trade/Commerce. Betty also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from University Simon Bolivar - Caracas, Venezuela, which they earned between 1973 and 1980.
