Monica Richardson-Morley has worked in a variety of roles in the beauty and international business industries. Monica began their career in 1998 as an Office Manager at The Beach House Hotel. In 1999, they took on the role of Business Development General Manager at Jerome Alexander Inc. and SVP International Business Development at Palladio Beauty Group, where they managed the team of sales managers for the entire International Sales Department. In 2010, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Mamachas Trading Inc., and in 2017 they took on the role of International Business Development Consultant at Townley, Inc. In 2018, Monica joined the South Florida District Export Council as an Export Council, and in 2021 they became the Chair Director of Membership at OWIT South Florida.
Monica Richardson-Morley attended Nova Southeastern University from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a degree in Social Studies and Psychology with a focus on Law and Psychology. Monica also attended PCDI, Atlanta from 1996 to 1999, earning a degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management with a focus on Travel. In 2018, Monica completed a Strategic Business Management program at Harvard Business School Executive Education. Additionally, Monica has obtained several certifications, including the U.S. Department of Commerce's President's "E" Star Award in October 2020, the National Association of District Export Councils' South Florida District Export Council in April 2018, the U.S. Department of Commerce's President's E Award 2016 in May 2016, the U.S. Commercial Service's Exporter of the Year 2007-2009 in May 2007, and the Florida Department of State's Florida Notary Public.
