Elena Marchi

Elena Marchi has extensive experience in Human Resources and communications, currently serving as a Corporate Human Resources professional at Palladio Group since October 2013. Responsibilities include managing and developing human resources, creating strategies to meet organizational goals, overseeing recruitment, career development, training, compensation and benefits, and managing corporate welfare and labor relations. Prior roles at Palladio Group included Head of Human Resources and positions focused on communications and digital strategy.
