Gerald Umeze is a seasoned professional in monitoring, evaluation, and learning within the agricultural sector, with significant experience in various organizations. Gerald has held key positions such as Acting Deputy Chief of Party and Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Manager and Director at the USAID/FTF Nigeria Agribusiness Investment Activity, contributing to the strengthening of agribusiness finance and investment policies. Gerald's expertise extends to roles at HarvestPlus Nigeria, where development and promotion of bio-fortified food crops were prioritized, and as Monitoring and Learning Specialist at Nathan Associates, focusing on smallholder farmers' resilience in Northern Ghana. Recently, Gerald served as Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning Director at Palladium for the FCDO Propcom+ program, which aims for climate-resilient agricultural growth.
