Iman Elibyary

Iman Elibyary is an experienced professional in monitoring, evaluation, and learning, currently serving as the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Director for USAID TRADE at Palladium since September 2021. Prior to this role, Iman held the position of Monitoring and Evaluation Head of Component for the Upper Egypt Local Development Program with The Egyptian Government and The World Bank. Other notable positions include Monitoring & Evaluation Consultant for the Entrepreneurship Development Project at the Academy of Scientific Research & Technology, Evaluation Consultant for the Sawiris Foundation for Social Development Scholarship Program, and Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Manager for the USAID SEED Project at DT Global. Iman has also contributed as Acting Head of Programs at Hands Together Foundation, Program Unit Manager at Plan International, and Technical M&E Officer at Creative Associates International. Additionally, Iman has experience as a Grant Development & Evaluation Consultant for The Catholic Relief Services and has co-authored a publication on dialogue and understanding.
