Jessica Abrams

Jessica Abrams is an experienced analyst currently working with Palladium on the Strategic Growth Team since October 2021, where responsibilities include researching and evaluating potential sub-contractors for USAID projects. Previous roles at Palladium involved managing budgets, overseeing project audits, and training new team members. Jessica began her career in business development at NewtonX, followed by various internships that included legal research at the International Center for Missing & Exploited Children, qualitative analysis for the Comprehensive Refugee Response Framework at The George Washington University's capstone project, and support roles across multiple organizations. Education includes a Master’s degree in International Relations and Affairs from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from New York University.
