Juliana Beltran Grisales is a Monitoring and Evaluation Associate at Palladium, working on the Challenge Fund for Youth Employment (CFYE) and serving as the MEL Backstopping representative for Jordan, Burkina Faso, Ethiopia, and Sudan since February 2024.
