Oumou Cisse

Oumou Cisse is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in financial management and administration. Currently serving as the Director of Finance and Administration at Palladium since October 2020, Oumou previously held roles as Finance Manager at Creative Associates International, GST-1 Finance Administrator at the Alliance for a Green Revolution in Africa, and Finance and Grant Manager at Save the Children International. Throughout the career, Oumou has demonstrated expertise in managing financial operations, compliance with donor regulations, budget planning, and capacity building for financial staff. Oumou holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Baltimore and a BS in Finance, Management, and International Business from Towson University.
