Agnieszka Komoch

Agnieszka Komoch is an accomplished finance and administration professional with extensive experience in non-profit management. Currently serving as the Director of Finance and Administration at Search for Common Ground since January 2021, Agnieszka previously held leadership roles including Head of Operations and Head of Fundraising at Friends of the Earth Europe, where responsibilities encompassed HR, finance, donor relations, and program coordination. Prior to that, Agnieszka was the Acting Director and Fundraising Director at Nonviolent Peaceforce, leading partnership development across multiple countries. A self-employed consultant from 2003 to 2006, Agnieszka worked with various international organizations on strategic development and fundraising projects. Additionally, Agnieszka held significant positions with Global Ecovillage Network - Europe and has teaching experience. Academic qualifications include two master's degrees, one in Management from Vrije Universiteit Brussel and another in Latin American Studies and Semiotics from Aarhus University.
