Robert J. Kolesar

Robert J. Kolesar is a seasoned professional in health financing and economics, currently serving as the Technical Director for Health Financing at Palladium: Make It Possible since September 2023. With extensive experience in diverse roles, Robert has worked as a Health Financing Embedded Advisor/Senior Associate/Scientist at Abt Associates from October 2020 to September 2021 and as a Senior Health Financing Advisor at Palladium from January 2018 to September 2020. Previous roles include Health Economist positions at Right to Care and Social Impact, a Senior Health Advisor for the United States Agency for International Development in Antananarivo, and various positions with the American Red Cross across multiple locations. Robert’s educational background includes a PhD in Applied Economics from the University of Antwerp, a Master's in Economic Analysis and International Development from Université d'Auvergne, a Master's in Public Health from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, and a Bachelor of Science in Social Welfare from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
