Afshin Kateb

Afshin Kateb has over 30 years of experience in the finance and accounting industry. Afshin began their career in 1987 as Chief Accountant at ITT Sheraton Hotels. Afshin then moved on to Maruko Inc., A Daiei Corporation Company in 1992, where they held the role of Corporate Controller. In 1996, they joined EY as a Senior Management Consultant. Following this, they took on the role of Corporate Director of Business Planning and Analysis at Destination Hotels & Resorts (A wholly owned subsidiary of Lowe Enterprises) in 1999. In 2001, they became Chief Financial Officer at The Kor Group. Afshin then moved on to Lowe Enterprises in 2006, where they were Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager. In 2007, they became Chief Financial Officer at SBE Entertainment Group, and in 2014, they held the same role at Nimes Real Estate and Nazarian Enterprises. Afshin is currently Chief Financial Officer at Palladius Capital Management, a role they have held since 2022.

Afshin Kateb has obtained a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) from Grenoble Ecole de Management in 2019, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Woodbury University.
