Nitin Chexal

Nitin Chexal is the current CEO at Palladius. Nitin was previously the Managing Director, Real Estate Private Equity at Nimes Real Estate from January 2013 to December 2020. Prior to that, they were the VP, Corporate & Business Development at Counsyl from January 2011 to December 2013. Nitin also worked at Marathon Asset Management as Vice President, Real Estate from April 2005 to December 2011. Their first job was as an Associate, Real Estate IB Group at JPMorgan from January 2003 to December 2005.

Nitin Chexal attended the University of California, Los Angeles for their BS in Neuroscience. Nitin then went on to the University of Chicago - Booth School of Business for their MBA and University of Chicago Law School for their JD. Nitin is now a Lecturer at Columbia Law School in Real Estate Finance.
