Stuart Hepler

Stuart Hepler has been in the commercial real estate industry since 2013. Stuart began their career as a Research Analyst - Upstream Oil and Gas at IHS from 2013 to 2016. Stuart then moved to Boxer Property as a Financial Analyst from 2016 to 2017. Stuart then joined HFF as an Analyst in 2017 and JLL as an Associate, JLL Capital Markets in 2019. In 2022, Hepler joined Palladius Capital Management as Vice President, Debt Investments. Throughout their career, Hepler has driven commercial real estate business from deal sourcing and due diligence through closing, primarily focusing on retail, industrial, and multi-family/single-family rental (SFR). Stuart has also performed comprehensive due diligence on prospective projects including needs assessment, data analysis, underwriting and pro forma modeling, and offering memorandum development, providing decision-driving analyses for deals valuing $20MM+. Stuart has also performed financial analyses including expense, cashflow, and ROI analyses, debt coveragetesting, and investment pro forma modeling for a diverse portfolio of property, technology, and other prospective and existing assets. Stuart has advised senior leadership on investment opportunities through comprehensive risk analysis and due diligence for acquisition, disposition, and refinancing operations, and driven portfolio optimization by performing ongoing competitive research, comparative cash flow modeling, and financial package development, supporting +$220MM in transactions.

Stuart Hepler attended Texas A&M University from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance.
