Iesha Carter

Iesha Carter is a professional with extensive experience in international and domestic affairs, currently serving as a Fellow at Pallas Advisors since September 2024. Previously, Iesha held the position of International and Federal Affairs Associate at The Livingston Group from May 2021 to September 2024, where comprehensive research and analysis on various policy issues were conducted. As the Director of External Affairs at Sustainably Empowering People Globally, Iesha focused on strategic partnerships, particularly the Impact Africa initiative to empower remote Sub-Saharan regions through electrification. Iesha's background includes participation as a Rangel Scholar and various leadership roles in the Cal Sailing Team, and Iesha completed a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of California, Berkeley, and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in International Relations at Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies.
