Emma Shaw

Emma Shaw is a commercial litigator with extensive experience gained through various roles at notable law firms. Currently serving as an Associate at Pallas Partners LLP since October 2024, Emma previously held positions at Armstrong Teasdale as a Senior Associate Solicitor and Associate Solicitor from February 2021 to October 2024, following a merger with Kerman & Co, where Emma was an Associate Solicitor from February 2017 to February 2021. Earlier experience includes serving as an Associate Solicitor at Couchmans LLP, focusing on player contracts, commercial opportunities, and dispute resolution, and completing multiple seats during a traineeship at Charles Russell LLP. Initial experience as a Litigation Paralegal at Clyde & Co LLP provided a foundation in insurance litigation.
