Catherine Temkin

Catherine Temkin is an experienced professional in project management and customer success, currently serving as the Director of Implementation and Success at Pallet since January 2025. Prior to this role, Catherine held multiple leadership positions at Interact Software, including Director of Customer Onboarding and Head of Global Customer Onboarding Services, where responsibilities encompassed coaching teams, overseeing numerous concurrent projects, and delivering exceptional customer service. Previously, experience at Madison Performance Group involved managing SaaS implementations and project deliverables, while earlier roles included project management internships at Heart Capital and NTV Broadcasting Company. Catherine holds a Master’s Degree in Management and Entrepreneurial Leadership from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Global Business Management from Babson College.
