Manufacturing Engineer 2 at Pallet

Trevor Russell has worked in the manufacturing engineering field since 2008. Trevor began their career at Red Head Steering Gears as a Manufacturing Tech. In 2014, they joined Renton Coil Spring as a Manufacturing Engineer, where they designed tooling and processes to aid in the manufacture of high performance springs, as well as finding and implementing ways to increase efficiency, quality, and repeatability of manufacturing methods and processes. In 2017, they moved to Heatcon Composite Systems as a Manufacturing Engineer. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Pallet as a Manufacturing Engineer 2.

Trevor Russell obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Western Washington University between 2010 and 2013. Trevor also obtained an Associate's degree in Engineering from Green River College between 2008 and 2009. In addition, they have obtained a Smart Manufacturing certification from MIT Professional Education in July 2022, and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from The Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC) in November 2020.
