Paul Hare

Paul Hare is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the lumber industry. Currently serving as Procurement Manager at PalletOne Inc. since July 2021, and formerly as Plant Manager, Paul Hare oversees the management of a European-designed softwood sawmill, directing six supervisors and fifty employees across two shifts. Prior to PalletOne Inc., Paul Hare worked as a Technical Consultant at Fordaq, contributing to the development of an AI-based lumber grading system and coordinating with software developers on technical specifications. Additionally, Paul Hare held the position of Global Product Manager at Baillie Lumber Co., where responsibility included analyzing market trends and overseeing product development. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Plant Manager, where daily operations and staffing were managed. Paul Hare holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Wood Science and Wood Products from West Virginia University, an MBA in Business Analytics from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, as well as an Associate’s Degree from Carroll Community College.
