Wil VandeWiel

Wil VandeWiel has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Wil is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Pallidus, Inc. Prior to this, they served as a Member of the Board of Directors at Unbound Renewable Energy, Inc. and Wholesale Solar. Wil also held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Wholesale Solar and Unbound Renewable Energy, Inc. Additionally, Wil VandeWiel served on the Board of Directors at the University of Maryland and Taco Inc. Wil played a key role in transforming Taco Inc. into a global enterprise and held the position of President and CEO. Earlier in their career, they reshaped DORMA Americas and held a leadership role at Bosch Security Systems. Wil VandeWiel also worked at Philips Medical Systems, where they held various engineering and operations positions.

Wil VandeWiel has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Mechatronics, which they obtained from Fontys University of Applied Sciences in the period from 1988 to 1992. In 1998, they completed the M.B.B. program (Master Black Belt) at C.T.T. (Philips).

In 2003, Wil VandeWiel obtained a certification as a Master Black Belt Six Sigma from CTT Philips.

In 2008 and 2009, they attended the Executive MBA Program in Strategy & Innovation at MIT Sloan School of Management.

In 2011, they pursued a program on Modern Business Principles at IMD.
