Dale Hersey

Mr. Hersey is an Operating Partner of Palm Beach Capital and has served in a variety of roles since 2017. With over a decade of private capital and M&A experience, Dale is tasked with assisting the Palm Beach Capital team on deal execution including structuring, financial and operational due diligence, legal documentation, arranging credit facilities, etc. as well as working closely, post-close, with portfolio company boards, CEOs, and their leadership teams on strategic and financial matters including executing on add-on acquisitions, recapitalizations, organic growth initiatives and strategically positioning the business to realize maximum value upon exit. Dale’s experience ranges across industries but is primarily focused on business services, consumer products, and healthcare.

Prior to joining Palm Beach Capital, Dale was a Vice President at Medley Management, where he was focused on providing private credit solutions to support leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, and growth investment transactions to middle market private-equity backed businesses as well as serving on a variety of leadership committees and fundraising teams. Previously, Dale was an Analyst at Duff & Phelps, a Kroll business, in their Valuation Advisory Services group.

Dale graduated Magna Cum Laude from George Mason University with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and has been a CFA charter holder since 2016.
