Matthew Swift is a seasoned leader with significant experience in strategic advisory, nonprofit leadership, and civic engagement. As Co-Founder, President, and CEO of Concordia since September 2010, Matthew has championed the creation of public-private partnerships to drive global sustainability and prosperity. Matthew currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the Palm Beach Chamber of Commerce and as Founder & Managing Partner of Montfort Group, a firm dedicated to navigating global business complexities. In addition, Matthew is a Term Member at the Council on Foreign Relations and has held advisory roles with the Inter-American Foundation and the McCain Institute. Matthew's prior experience includes senior advisory positions at SAS and Rubicon, and membership in the Atlantic Council's Millennium Leadership Program. Matthew holds a Bachelor's degree in Government and National Security Studies from Georgetown University.

Founded in 1929, the Palm Beach Chamber of Commerce serves the Town of Palm Beach through its representation of the business community and all who work towards a prosperous, healthy and happy town.
