Mark Osinga

Mark Osinga currently serves as the Director of the Facilities Management Division for Palm Beach County, overseeing the management and preservation of approximately 800 buildings and a team of 180 tradesmen. With over 10 years of experience in the Higher Education sector, Mark previously held the position of Executive Director of Campus Services at Presbyterian College, where notable achievements included a rapid renovation of the largest residence hall following an unexpected flood. Prior to that, Mark served as Senior Director of Facility Services & Planning at Converse College, successfully managing projects that achieved LEED certification. Mark's career began at Sikorsky Aircraft as a Facility Planner. Mark holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Northwood University.
