Miranda R.

Miranda R. is a dermatologist currently practicing at Palm Beach Dermatology since July 2021, specializing in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. Prior experience includes a residency at Jackson Memorial Hospital/UMH from July 2018 to June 2021 and contributions to the Medical Journalism Unit at ABC News during 2020-2021. Miranda completed a residency at Penn Medicine, University of Pennsylvania Health System, from August 2013 to June 2018, with a focus on health policy research, specifically on prescription drug pricing and access to care. Earlier roles include serving as a Quality Improvement Consultant at the New York State Department of Health, an investigative analyst at the Florida Office of the Attorney General, and a state Senate candidate in 2010. Additional experiences include community development advising with the Tony Blair Faith Foundation and research assistance for the Boston Area Colleges Election Project. Miranda holds an A.B. in Government from Harvard University and a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Pennsylvania.
