José Joel Fernández has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. José Joel began their career in 2007 as the Owner/Operation Manager of Pinch A Penny Franchise, where they gained valuable skills in managing operations and running a successful business. In 2013, José joined Embassy Suites as the Asist. Chief Engineer, where they demonstrated their expertise in engineering and maintenance. José Joel then transitioned to Lakeland Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in 2014, serving as the Director of Maintenance for five years. Most recently, they joined Palm Garden in 2019 as the Director of Plant Operations. Throughout their career, José has consistently demonstrated their commitment to excellence and their ability to effectively manage and lead teams.
