Mandy Choi

Mandy Choi has a diverse and extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Mandy is currently serving as the VP of Revenue Management & e-Commerce at Palm Holdings since 2022. Before that, they worked for Westmont Hospitality Group from 2015 to 2022, initially as a Regional Revenue Manager and then as the Corporate Director of Revenue Analysis. In these roles, they were responsible for optimizing revenue by monitoring inventory, hotel pricing strategies, and making necessary changes for each hotel.

Prior to that, Mandy held various positions at Waterfront Hotel Downtown Windsor, including General Manager, Operations & Revenue Manager, and Revenue Manager. Mandy demonstrated strong leadership skills and ensured outstanding guest service while focusing on financial returns and maximizing profitability.

Mandy's earlier experience includes serving as a Revenue Manager at Hilton Windsor from 2006 to 2013 and holding roles such as Front Office Supervisor and Night Auditor/GSR at Hilton Windsor and Guest Services Rep at Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton. Their expertise lies in revenue management, operations management, and driving financial results.

Mandy Choi's education history includes a Certificate in Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management from Cornell University in 2017, and a Certificate in Hotel Revenue Management from the same institution in 2007. Prior to that, they pursued studies in Hotel and Restaurant Management at St. Clair College from 2000 to 2002 and Computer Science at the University of Windsor from 1997 to 1999. Mandy has also obtained various certifications, including the Certified Revenue Management Executive (CRME) from HSMAI in 2021, the Certification in Advanced Hospitality and Tourism Analytics (CAHTA) from STR in December 2021, the Certified in Hospitality Business Acumen (CHBA) from HSMAI in 2020, and the Certification in Hotel Industry Analytics (CHIA) from the American Hotel & Lodging Association in 2020.
