Roger Vivas is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in hotel management and food and beverage operations. Currently serving as the General Manager at Element by Westin Miami International Airport since October 2023, Vivas previously held the position of Area General Manager at Eskape Collection, overseeing multiple properties. With a strong background that includes roles such as General Manager at Lennox Hotel Miami Beach and Director of Food and Beverage at Conrad Hotel, Vivas has demonstrated expertise in enhancing guest experiences, operational efficiency, and financial performance across various establishments. Vivas also owned and operated Vivas Guesthouse, creating a boutique experience focused on exceptional customer service. Educational qualifications include a degree in Hospitality Management from Hotel Escuela de los Andes Venezolanos and certification as a Specialist of Wine from the Society of Wine Educators.
