Jazlyn Hoover

Jazlyn Hoover has a diverse and extensive work experience in the hospitality and events industry. Jazlyn currently serves as the Director of Business Operations and Events at Palm House Hospitality, where they oversee the management of four hospitality venues and is responsible for organizing events of various scales and budgets. In this role, Jazlyn manages multiple teams and promotes a positive culture in a fast-paced work environment. Jazlyn also creates and implements strategic business plans for the department.

Prior to their current position, Jazlyn worked as the Director of Events at Palm House Hospitality, where they were in charge of producing and managing events for four venues. Jazlyn successfully organized a wide range of events, from large corporate parties to intimate dinners, while ensuring efficient budget and resource utilization.

Before joining Palm House Hospitality, Jazlyn gained experience as an Events Manager at the same company. In this role, they achieved impressive sales results by establishing new sales guidelines and effectively managing sales leads from various platforms.

Earlier in their career, Jazlyn worked as a Senior Event Manager at ACI Event Group and as a Senior Banquet Event Concierge at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company.

Jazlyn Hoover holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Arizona State University.
