Omar Koleilat

Omar Koleilat is an experienced technology executive currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer and VP of Engineering at palm.hr, where the focus is on transforming HR technology and employee experience in the Middle East and North Africa. With a robust background in engineering leadership, Omar previously held the position of Head of Engineering at Qureos and at Hyke, and has also served as Principal Software Engineer at Equitativa Group. Notable early career roles include Senior Software Engineer at Property Finder, Senior Java Software Developer at TECSYS, and Software Developer for the Airbus A350 at CAE. Omar holds a Master’s degree in Software Engineering from Concordia University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer and Communication Engineering from Hariri Canadian University.
