Paul Pino, CFA has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Paul is currently the Chief Growth & Analytics Officer at Integrated Home Care Services, Inc., where they are a partner and co-founder. In this role, they focus on coordinating home-based care for vulnerable individuals. Prior to this, they were the Founding CEO & Investor at Palm Medical Centers, where they managed health plan members and achieved optimal patient outcomes. Before that, they served as the CFO and Partner at Clinical Medical Services, Inc. & All-Med Services of Florida, Inc., where they oversaw multi-state finance, medical economics, procurement, and revenue management. Paul also has experience in the financial sector, holding a Senior Vice President position at multiple financial institutions.

Paul Pino, CFA earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance, General from Seton Hall University, where they studied from 1992 to 1996. In 2006, they obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst Charterholder certification from the CFA Institute.
