Film Programmer Shortfest at Palm Springs International Film Society

Jesse Knight is an experienced film programmer and metadata curator with a diverse background in the film industry. Currently serving as a Shorts Programmer at SIFF and a Programmer for ShortFest with the Palm Springs International Film Society, Jesse has also held roles as Publications Editor for the Palm Springs International Film Festival and Video Metadata Curator at Apple Inc. with PRO Unlimited. Additional experience includes being a Film Screener for Sundance Ignite, Freelance Film Programmer for the Olympia Film Society and The Royal Cinema, and Program Guide Writer for the Frameline Film Festival. Jesse has been associated with the American Film Institute as an Associate Programmer for AFI FEST and an Application Reviewer for AFI Conservatory Directing Admissions, and has experience as a Grant Application Reviewer with SFFILM and a script reader for the Westridge Grant.
