Richard Ellefson

Richard Ellefson, BS, MS, MBA, is an experienced professional in the quality field with a strong background in food safety, microbiology, quality assurance, and product development. Currently serving as Vice President of FSQ at Palmer Candy Company since July 2018, Richard has previously held key leadership positions at Schwan's Company, Ellefson Consulting, Rembrandt Foods, and Wells' Dairy, Inc. Richard's expertise includes extensive work with major pet food manufacturers and significant contributions to quality assurance and research and development throughout a career spanning over three decades. Richard holds a Master of Science in Dairy Manufacturing, an MBA in Business Administration, and a Bachelor of Science in Dairy Science.
