Tom Bartlett

Tom Bartlett has extensive work experience in operations, primarily in the automotive industry. Tom started their career at KOI Auto Parts in 1986 as a Warehouse Specialist and progressively worked their way up to roles such as Warehouse and Purchasing Manager, Corporate Warehouse Manager, and ultimately becoming the VP of Operations. Tom joined Palmer-Donavin in 2016 as the Director of Operations and was later promoted to Vice President of Operations in May 2021.

Tom Bartlett obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Xavier University from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Northern Kentucky University from 1988 to 1992. In addition, they obtained a certification in OSHA 30 Hour from OSHA in November 2010.
