Charles Russell

Charles Russell is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in commercial real estate, currently serving as Practice Group Leader and Partner at Harris Beach PLLC since May 2006. In addition to leading the Financial Institutions and Food and Beverage Industry Teams, Charles is a member of the Opinion Committee. Since November 2015, Charles has also contributed as an Advisor to the Board of Directors for G&C Food Distributors Inc. and as a Member of the Board of Directors for Palmer Food Services. Prior to current roles, Charles held positions as Partner and Commercial Real Estate Practice Group Leader at Boylan Code LLP, and as an Associate at several prestigious law firms including Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP. Charles holds a JD in Commercial Real Estate and Environmental Law from the University at Buffalo School of Law and a BA Cum Laude in Broadcast Journalism and Political Science from Syracuse University.
